Do you like spicy food? Or Indian food? And do you love kebabs? If so, you’ll love these Spicy Indian Chicken Kebabs. And if you’re on a Keto Diet, you’re in luck because these kebabs are Keto-friendly.
I have to admit, I never even tried Indian food until I was in my thirties. I didn’t even care much for spicy foods. I’ve always heard our tastebuds change as we get older and I think this really is true. All I know is, things I didn’t like when I was younger, I now do.
And one of the things I now enjoy is spicy foods. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t want fire-breathing hot, spicy, but I definitely like a little heat.
I also love that I can make this Keto-friendly. And, chicken thighs are a very budget-friendly protein. So, this recipe makes for a cheap dinner option. It tastes so good, though, that you’d never know it.
I make a lot of chicken recipes because chicken is economical and a great source of protein. Some of my favorite recipes are Thai Chicken which uses chicken thighs and Rosemary Sea Salt Chicken made in an iron skillet.

Kebabs
Tip: If you want your kebabs a little less spicy, use less Garam Masala and Turmeric. If you like it a little more spicy, add a little more.
If you’ve never used Garam Masala before, it literally means “warming spice mix” and is one of the main spice staples of traditional Northern Indian cuisine.
I hope you enjoy this Keto chicken kebabs recipe. I know it’s one of my new favorites and I plan on making it often. Pair it with riced cauliflower or other Keto side dish like Roasted Leeks to keep it a Keto or low-carb meal.
