School is about out here and I’m so ready for a summer break. It’s time for picnics, cookouts and BBQs. So I’ve been looking for summer recipes, for both food and drinks. I like to keep us refreshed and hydrated during the summer and one of my favorites is what I call an Orange Sizzle drink.
It’s a non-alcoholic drink that you could easily add alcohol to, but since my husband and I rarely ever drink alcohol, we make it kid-friendly. It’s a cool and delicious drink on a hot day or a summer’s night.
Orange Sizzle Drink (Click here for printable version)
Ingredients
- 1 Can of frozen pulp free orange juice
- 2 tbsp Grenadine
- 1 Bottle Ginger ale
- Ice
Directions
- In a pitcher fill 3/4 of it with ice
- Add 1/2 can of frozen orange juice
- Add 2 Tbsp of Grenadine
- Top of with Ginger Ale
- Mix lightly and pour into glasses
If you want to change it up this summer and make something different to drink, I highly recommend trying this orange sizzle. It’s a quick, easy, refreshing drink that guests at your next cookout will rave about.
