Do you get enough sleep? Getting enough sleep is such an issue today. We hear how getting enough sleep is detrimental to good health; even that if we don’t get 7 to 8 hours sleep a night we won’t live as long as we would if we did get a full 8 hours of zzzz’s a night. With the busy lifestyles we live today it seems harder and harder to get eight hours of sleep a night.
