I participated in an Influencer Activation on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for CaringBridge. I received product a promotional item to thank me for my participation.
I am one blessed woman to have had the most amazing dad as well as marrying a man who exhibits daily what it is to be a “Dad”!
My dad is not my biological dad, but he IS my Dad. He is the man who loved me and my siblings as if we were his own. And we are. I have the utmost respect for him and thank God daily for him.
My husband is the most hands-on, right there for everything, doing things with our son Every. Single. Day. My husband and son have the most amazing relationship. I could be a wee bit jealous, but truly… I am so proud of the bond they have together.
So I love that CaringBridge is Paying Tribute to Dads for Father’s Day #TheOther364
CaringBridge exists to connect people with their community of support in times of need. In anticipation of Father’s Day, CaringBridge created #theother364 campaign and needs your help!
They want help catching dads in action—not just on Father’s Day, but #theother364 days a year too—whether making breakfast, packing lunch, helping with homework, taking on lightsaber attacks, building awesome forts, or otherwise being great dads by:
- Take a quick (under 30 seconds) video of Dad doing an act your family appreciate
- Submit your video here by May 29th, 2014 https://theother364.strutta.com/about
- CaringBridge will select their favorites, and edit them together into a Father’s Day tribute to Dads — celebrating them on #TheOther364 days of the year in their announcement of the final video.
We’ve used Caring Bridge before and love the help they give to families in need.
My husband has always been very hands on when it comes to parenting our daughter. Even now he is still her chauffeur most days event though she is old enough to drive if she wanted to 🙂
I’ve never heard of Caring Bridge, but I have a few videos of my husband that I’d love to submit.
I’m going to go check out Caring Bridge now.
I have a biological dad, my dad, and my stepdad. What makes a dad isn’t genetics it is love and caring. So glad you were blessed with a wonderful dad and a great husband!
My husband is a great father. He’s so hands on with the kids. Always playing or disciplining as needed.
This is so cool. Unfortunately, my dad has passed away and the boys’ is not a very active father, but there are so many deserving dads out there.
I haven’t heard of this before, but it sounds really great!! My dad passed away in 2008. I will share with others!
I would love to see the final video they make with all the clips. That would be so touching!
I am very close with my dad and could not fathom a day without him in my life. My husband is just as amazing with our own children. Both of the special men in my life deserve a place in the CaringBridge tribute!
