Why I Need a Probiotic
I have have had gut issues for years.
For a long time now I’ve had frequent bowel movements every day (diarrhea often) along with bloating and abdominal cramping. I found myself taking Imodium more often than I care to admit and never left home without a bottle with me. Just in case.

My Experience (in all its embarrassment)
When I first started taking this probiotic + prebiotic I started with the recommended one a day for the first three days, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
Almost immediately I started experiencing some extreme gas. Yes, I know, it’s not a pleasant thing to experience nor is it fun to talk about and share with you. But… I want to be completely transparent about my experience with taking Daily Synbiotic.

After three days of this (a total of 7 days now), I decided to go back down to one capsule a day. Yet, I was still experiencing a lot of gas. And even more bloating than normal for me.
Y’all, I started to give up and say that they just weren’t for me. Because everyone I found that was taking Seed Daily Synbiotic didn’t seem to experience this side effect.
