    My snoring is allergy / sinus related. Changing position helps. Also a hot bath before bed helps open up my sinuses.

    My hubby is a snorer but he has sinus polyps!! Its also something to consider! They can really hinder scent and breathing as well. He got them removed and its been a gamechanger!
