My husband and son love pizza. Don’t get me wrong, I love pizza, too. But they LOVE pizza. As in they could eat it every day. I could probably eat pizza every day if I made it at home myself, though. I could customize it in any way I liked. Whatever I was in the mood for.
I love making pizzas in the spring and summer when I can use fresh ingredients from the farmer’s market or my own garden.
I recently made such a pizza. Something happened to my photos, though. They were gone. So sadly, I don’t have any to share. However, it look VERY much like the one below…

We have a family tradition…. mushrooms, black olives, bacon, and sausage. It’s evolved through the years because about 30 years ago it was just sausage and mushroom.
