I bought some fresh mangos yesterday at the store because we love them in our home. My husband really, really loves mangos. Mango smoothies, mango salsa, and just plain mangos.
I’ve been looking up recipes using mangos, too, and quite surprised at the ways you can incorporate this sweet fruit. The mango is quite the versatile fruit.
So I’m thrilled to be a co-host for a Twitter party all about Mangos! It’s a #MerryMango Twitter party talking about all things mangoes. I can’t wait to find some new recipes, especially ways to incorporate the mango into my holiday dishes.
What: I will be co-hosting with The Motherhood as they join The National Mango Board for a holiday Twitter party to discuss mango pairings as well as sharing fun facts about mangos, including it’s nutritional benefits!
When: Tuesday, November 12th at 1:00pm EST.
