I haven't always cooked Easter dinner. In fact, I either ate Easter dinner at my Mom's, or my husband and I ate out. It was just the two of us for many years. However, now that I'm a mom, myself, I like the idea of the Easter dinner tradition. Like my Mom, I always bake a ham, and I always have deviled eggs. Then I like to try different sides and desserts.
So this Easter, this is what's on my menu:
Cola-Pinapple Glazed Ham via Steamy Kitchen
Chive 'n Onions Deviled Eggs via Betty Crocker
Easy Garlic Mashed Potatoes via tasteofhome
Orange Glazed Carrots via tasteofhome
Mixed Berries with Vanilla Anglaise via Betty Crocker
I'm not sure if my dinner will look this good, but I sure hope it tastes as good as these images look. I'll let you know how it turns out.
Do you do Easter dinner? If so, do you have a favorite dish you always make?
