One of my favorite things about the holidays is the food. I especially like to make and try new appetizers. Valentine’s Day appetizers are especially fun because they’re usually easy. I’ve been known to make a meal out of appetizers, too. They’re fun to make and more fun to eat… like these Prosciutto Cherry Bites.

If you like cherries, prosciutto, and mozzarella cheese, you will LOVE this appetizer. The combination of flavors is heavenly.

Your sweetheart will love this Valentine’s Day appetizer.

They’re also the perfect party appetizers. It’s an easy recipe to make and your guests will be singing your praises.

  3. Pierce with a toothpick.
  4. Add mozzarella ball.
  5. Top toothpick with cherry.

All I know is, easy appetizers for any occasion are okay in my book.

Besides, I think cherries are just great for Valentine’s Day recipes. Here are my homemade chocolate-covered cherries, which I call Homemade Cherry Bombs, a perfect Valentine’s Day dessert. Or try this easy chocolate lasagna recipe or Cherry Almond Chocolate Muffins, both perfect for Valentine’s Day.
