Thin Spaghetti with Cherry Tomatoes & Fresh Sweet Peppers Recipe

We eat a lot of pasta dishes in our home. Love pasta! We also only eat whole wheat pasta. I made the change to only whole wheat several years ago. It's the only kind of pasta my son has ever eaten in our home. Recently I had the opportunity to review Barilla Whole Wheat Pasta… here is one of the recipes I prepared:

Recipe via I didn't have fresh cherry tomatoes (which I prefer canned tomotoes this time of year anyway), so I substituted canned cherry tomatoes. I also didn't have Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese but did have Parmesean.

I added a tossed salad and rolls, and we really enjoyed this pasta dish. It's so quick and easy to make, healthy, and so delicious!
