Do you struggle with finding something good, yet guilt-free, to eat for a snack? I do. What about something tasty but healthy to pack in your kids lunch? Me too.
I am happy to say, I found the perfect snack for me and something tasty and healthy for my son’s lunch — DOLE Fruit Parfaits.
I love how the DOLE Fruit Parfaits are so light and refreshing… I can close my eyes as I taste the fresh tasting fruit with and can almost believe I’m on a tropical island somewhere.
I’m back to reality now. At least until I get me another DOLE Fruit Parfait and go on another #DoleParfaitEscape.
My son’s favorite parfait is the Peaches and Creme. I like the DOLE Peaches and Creme Fruit Parfait almost as much as I love the Pineapple and Creme. Pineapple just happens to be my favorite fruit.
I’ve been packing them in his lunch. His best friend had one packed in his lunch today. Cody thought that was pretty cool. He thinks his friend got his MomTo pack a DOLE Fruit Parfait because he (my son) has been bringing them in his lunch. And who knows, my son may have started a delicious lunch time trend among his classmates. They really do make perfect lunch box treats!
My husband’s favorite is the Apple and Creme. It’s funny how it worked out that way, but it really did. He is a huge apple pie lover, and he says that the Apple and Creme parfait is like a hint of delicious apple pie.
DOLE Fruit Parfaits offers a taste of real fruit with a creamy layer of deliciously light-tasting creme at the bottom.
DOLE Fruit Parfaits are available in three yummy flavors:
