  12. Don’t forget Long Beach – it has some of the top rated schools and hospitals in the country. No big surf anymore since they put in a breakwater back in the 40’s, but that means uncrowded beaches – and there are miles of bike paths along the oceanfront. They have a dog beach, dog parks, Queen Mary, are bicycle friendly and have a world class aquarium. Near all freeways to go to OC or LA. Lots of summer concerts, LB Grand Prix, Gay Pride weekend, LB Marathon, lots of festivals etc etc. And housing prices are lower than most beach cities 🙂

  13. I have always wanted to go to Orange County, mostly because of the Orange County Choppers *YEAH*, but I have never ever ever in my life been to the west coast. I would love to go and visit any of these places if I had the chance. Thanks for the share and information about these places.     1. Research is always the key! I’m in the process of moving back out West again myself… well, back to Vegas.. lol.. just 3 1/2 hours away from California & it’s great beaches!
