I am crazy about avocados. I mean I can eat them every day. It’s at the very top of my favorite fruits! And don’t get me started on guacamole… I can eat my weight in it. Yep, that’s a lot of guac! And a lot of love for Avocados from Mexico.
One of my favorite ways to eat avocados is just sliced along side scrambled eggs with a little salsa on top, bacon, and toast. Certainly a great way to start off the day. I also love avocados on burgers.
I am thinking about trying a Camembert Chicken with an avocado and cheese sauce recipe for Valentine’s Day. Yummy!
