Your Grass Can Be The Greenest with Apartments.com #perfectfit

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of apartments.com for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

In my younger days, I moved a lot. As a child because of my parents work, then as an adult because of either my own or my husband’s work.

I don’t know about you, but I think moving is tough. And if you’re moving to a new area or state, especially if you’re not familiar with the area it’s even more difficult. Thank goodness for apartments.com.

Apartments.com can save you so much time and hassle. It’s so easy, too. If you know the zip code to the area where you’re looking for an apartment (condo, duplex, single-family home, etc.) at, just put it in and you’ll get information on all the apartments in that area. If you don’t know the zip code, just put in the city and state.

You can narrow your search by putting in criteria such as the minimum and maximum rent you can pay and the number of bedroom/bathrooms you need.

I looked for apartments in the Miami Florida area for a friend of mine, and was able to see photos of the apartments with descriptions. Then you just plug in your tentative move in date to check the availability.  It couldn’t be easier to navigate around the apartments.com site. This will save my friend so much time.

As a bonus they have a mobile app (iPhone, iPad, and Android). So my friend who is swamped with taking care of business, packing, etc., to get ready for this big move, can look at the apartments I found for her, easily and conveniently on her iPhone.

I think my friend will like the apartment I found for her. It’s in the price range she wanted… because she plans on buying a home there eventually, she didn’t want to be out a huge amount on rent, so she can save for her down payment. I loved that it has photos of the apartment, too.

I also liked that there are reviews from people that are currently living or have lived in the apartments I was looking at. I was able to find out information about the neighborhood. This is important since my friend is a single woman. She needs to know where she is going to live is in a safe neighborhood; that it is a perfect fit for her.

You can follow apartments.com on Twitter @aptscom. I do, and I must say, I’m impressed at the great information they tweet, whether you’re looking for a place to move to or not.
