One of the things that helps me to stay motivated to exercise is new workout clothes. It’s true. There’s something about a new sports bra or yoga pants, for example, that makes me feel good about working out. Even if I’m not going to the gym or meeting a friend to walk, just working out at home by myself, I love having on comfortable but pretty workout clothes.
