How to Make Monkey Bread with Snickers Bars

Snickers Monkey Bread is an easy dessert that will satisfy anyone’s sweet tooth. It’s full of ooey gooey goodness.

How to Make Monkey Bread

Snickers Monkey Bread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 – 7.5 oz cans refrigerated homestyle biscuit dough
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 30 Snicker minis
  • 5 tbsp peanuts

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Spray a bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray heavily, and set aside.
  3. Combine cinnamon, brown sugar, and sugar in a large Ziploc bag.
  4. Open the cans of biscuit dough.
  5. Cut your biscuits into quarters
  6. Cut your Snickers in half
  7. Place 1/2 a Snickers in the center of each piece of biscuit dough and roll each one into a ball.
  8. Place 8-10 dough balls into the Ziploc bag and shake until all dough is coated with the sugar mix.
  9. Set aside.
  10. Repeat until all of the pieces of dough are coated.
  11. Now begin placing the dough balls in the bundt pan evenly spreading them out.
  12. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Stirring often.
  13. Pour over the dough balls in your bundt pan.
  14. Bake for 25 – 30 minutes, until golden brown and no longer doughy in the center.
  15. Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
  16. Turn upside down onto a serving plate.
  17. Top off with Snickers pieces and peanuts; pull apart to serve. Serve warm.
