Kids of all ages love the Muppets. I know, because my husband and I love the Muppets as much as our nine-year-old son does. So when I heard about the Band-Aid Magic Vision App, I wanted to check it out. Fortunately for my son though, he didn't have a boo-boo to test the app out on.
He liked the app, injury or not. I will say though, at the age of 9, I think he would appreciate the app more if he really had a cut or scrape. His favorite part about the app: Gonzo being stuck to the screen. He liked shaking Gonzo off the screen. I definitely can see how this app would be distracting so that a child could forget about their boo-boo.
How Does It Work?
Open the Band-Aid Magic Vision app on your
phone, and point the phone at the Band-Aid. Then look at the screen and
you'll see an animated Kermit the Frog appear to be swinging over the bandaged boo-boo singing "The Rainbow Connection," or an animated Miss Piggy requesting you to take her pic, or Gonzo engaging in an ill-planned stunt (you know it's not gonna be good).
The free app works with any
of the six large Muppet branded Band-Aids that are widely sold in
most stores.
So for those times when Mommy can't kiss the boo-boo and make it better… download the free Band-Aid Magic Vision App from the Apple iTunes store, today. It's compatible with iPhone 4, 4S, iPad2 or the new iPad.
Disclosure: I wrote this review while participating in a campaign by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Band-Aid Brand Adhesive Bandages and received a promotional item to thank me for my participation.

This is FANTASTIC. I had no idea this existed. I may have to do this for my husband one time when he whines about a boo boo. lol. LOVE IT!
