As soon as the temperatures start to drop, I start making soups (and chowders). Soups are a fall staple in my home. A good soup makes me feel all warm and cozy on a cool fall or cold winter’s day. Acorn squash is in season and you can easily find them in farmer’s markets, grocery stores, or maybe you have them in your own garden. I highly recommend you try this roasted acorn squash and wild rice soup.
