As soon as the temperatures start to drop, I start making soups (and chowders). Soups are a fall staple in my home. A good soup makes me feel all warm and cozy on a cool fall or cold winter’s day. Roasted acorn squash & wild rice soup recipe

Acorn squash is in season and you can easily find them in farmer’s markets, grocery stores, or maybe you have them in your own garden. I highly recommend you try this roasted acorn squash and wild rice soup.
