My family and I are huge techies. Between my husband, my son, and myself, we usually have the latest and greatest gadget that comes out. We definitely have all the Apple products. I usually get the hand-me-downs…. as in I inherited the iPad 3 from my husband when he bought his iPad Mini.

We bought our son an iPad Mini this past Christmas. So all three of us have iPads. Yes, we each have iPhones, too. My son’s only works to play games on, though. He really doesn’t need it as a phone just yet.

Recently I was offered an opportunity to try out a Snugg wireless Bluetooth Keyboard for the iPad Mini. I knew my husband could use one.

I was out of town when the Snugg Wireless Bluetooth Keyboard/Case for the iPad Mini arrived, but since my husband was the one that was going to use it, I was okay with him going ahead with the unboxing.

He really liked it and said it was super easy and quick to set up from unboxing to using it.

I love how it made the iPad mini look (and feel) like a laptop.

However, it didn’t last long…. oh, nothing is/was wrong with the Snugg keyboard case. My son is what happened. He asked for it. All he had to do was tell my husband and I how much a keyboard would help him in writing a book (he also journals), and we were like, “Sure!”

C’mon, you would do the same. How could we not help out an aspiring author? And he did tell his Dad that he would share it with him.

Product Description:

The iPad Mini keyboard case combines a wireless keyboard with a built-in iPad stand. This tablet-protecting case is smart, sleek and resilient. The brushed aluminium finish means it compliments your iPad mini’s beautiful design. There is an area above the keys which holds your iPad mini in either portrait or landscape mode. It’s then both extremely quick and easy to pair the wireless keyboard over Bluetooth with your iPad mini.

Once connected, features include a home screen key which allows you to quickly exit an application. Shortcut combination keys work too. No batteries needed as you can charge the keyboard via a USB cable – this is provided as part of the product. With a standby time of 80 days and uninterrupted working time of 80hrs, working on your commute or long journeys will never be an issue! The operating distance of 10 meters means you can even leave the iPad mini in your regular Snugg case and still use the keyboard!

I love that the keyboard is…. the case. And that the case offers great protection for the iPad. I definitely need to get one for my iPad 4. Yet, in my son’s case it’s a great wireless bluetooth keyboard.

I have some great news for YOU, my Blog by Donna readers. Snugg is giving away a Bluetooth Keyboard/Case to one of you.
