One of my favorite things about living near the Smokey Mountains are all the wonderful hiking trails. We try to get at least 2 hikes a month in, especially in the Spring and Fall. And since we usually do a minimum of 5 mile hikes and taking our time to enjoy the beauty around us, we make sure to take snacks with us.
