What a Cutie!

CutiesI'm usually talking about my son, or someone else's cute babies or kids, when I say "What a Cutie!" But today, I'm referring to one of my newest "favorite" things… Cuties.

What's a Cutie, you ask? Little globes of sunshine. Delectable sweetness.  Mouth-watering goodness. Small in size but huge in nutrition. Cuties are Clementine mandarins and Murcott mandarins. They're super sweet, easy to peel (kids can peel them by themselves), seedless, and just the right size for little hands.

Okay, so they're perfect for kids, but let's get back to how heavenly these round orange sweet citrus Cuties are for us adults. In all seriousness, I truly love Cuties. And have been going through a 3 lb. bag of them every 2-3 days for a couple months now (with the exception of a two-week period recently when I couldn't eat carbs). If Vitamin C really keeps you from getting a cold, baby, I should never get a cold again.

You can read all about them, and where you can find them on their website CutieCitrus. I know their website says that you can't get them this time of year, but I'm still finding them at my local Kroger and Walmart produce sections.

I highly recommend them for a healthy any time snack for the whole family. Definitely a snack you can feel good about.

If you've tried Cuties before, share your experiences with me. I'd love to hear what you think of them. And, if you've never tried a Cutie before, you gotta!

Disclaimer: I have absolutely no affiliation whatsoever with Cuties. I will ocassionally write about my favorite things, and today, it's Cuties.

  1. Amy – inorite? Greg thinks I’m addicted to them. But if you’re going to be addicted to something, there’s far worse things to be addicted to, I say. 🙂
