Raspberry Acai Limeade for a Girls’ Night In #GirlsNightIn

raspberry acai limeade recipe #girlsnightin

I love going out with my girl friends, but honestly, it’s hard to find the time to make it happen. All my friends are married with children, like me, and between taking care of our families, our homes, work, volunteering, and extracurricular activities, it’s almost impossible to go out.

It’s just simpler and more convenient to have a girls’ night in. Whether it’s with a dozen of your close friends, a few, or just your bff… a ‘girls’ night in’ can be loads of fun.

You can do a movie night, game night, or just a get together and chill night.

And it’s not a ‘Girls’ Night In’ without a good drink… and it really does not have to be an alcoholic drink to be a hit. Besides, I don’t want to have to worry about my girlfriends driving home after they leave my house.

Trop50 Raspberry Acai Limeade recipe #girlsnightin

I recently bought a couple of bottles of Trop50 Raspberry Acai… so tasty! I could just serve the Raspberry Acai as is and I’m sure my friends would love it, but I thought I’d use it as a key ingredient in one of my summertime favorite drinks.

I love cherry limeades, but loving raspberries like I do, I thought the Trop50 Raspberry Acai would make a great Raspberry Acai Limeade. Tasty and healthy. I tried some last night to see if I was right, and I was… it IS delicious!

For your next ‘Girls’ Night In’ try this Raspberry Acai Limeade, it’s quick, easy, healthy, and oh, so tasty:

Raspberry Acai Limeade

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 cup seltzer water (or lime carbonated water)
  • 8 cups Trop50 Raspberry Acai
  • Fresh limes and raspberries to garnish (optional)

Directions:

In a pitcher, pour in 8 cups of Trop50 Raspberry Acai. Add the seltzer water and lime juice and stir well. If you want add sliced fresh limes and raspberries to the pitcher.

That’s it. So easy. It is ever so slightly tart, but I love tartness to a drink. You can add a 1/2 cup of sugar if you like, but I didn’t want to add any sugar to an already tasty, healthier drink, like Trop50.

I want to be able to spend my girl’s night in chatting, laughing, and enjoying their company, not cooking and making drinks. Especially when it tastes as good as this Raspberry Acai Limeade.
