I don’t make New Year’s resolutions, but I do set goals for myself. I also make my goals realistic and attainable… this keeps me from failing and able to make real lifestyle changes.

Since the end of the summer until the first of November of 2015 I was traveling a lot going out of town to spend time with my brother (while he battled cancer) and my family and I got out of the routine of exercising. So I made it my goal in December to get back to moving every day.

Yoga Pose 1 joint discomfort

Whether it was yoga, walking on the treadmill (until it warms up enough to walk outside), or doing Zumba, I want to spend at least 30 minutes a day “moving”. Especially Zumba, I just started this up again, too, and I would love to be able to do it without the joint stiffness.

Being active basketball joint discomfort

Well, moving isn’t as easy as it once was for me. I’m 53 years old and that IS young, too young to be experiencing stiff and achy joints. Really!

Yet, here I am, with achy knees. Sigh.

I’m not quite as flexible as I once was either. For the record, I’ve never been an extremely flexible person, even as a young girl. I used to be so jealous of my sister who was a cheerleader and as flexible a rubber band and me, well I couldn’t even do the splits.

Over the last couple of years I’ve noticed a big difference though. My son is thirteen and I want to be able to be active with him. And, to be honest, I don’t want him one day to think back about his mom and think of me as… old. I’m vain, I know, but just because I’m an older mother doesn’t mean I have to look and/or act old. But more importantly, feel old.

#MadeToMove in 7 days Osteo Bi-Flex® EASE

Move over joint discomfort and hello flexibility!

This is why I’m getting ready for #Madetomove in 7 days with Osteo Bi-Flex® EASE. I received a free sample and can’t wait to see how it soothes my joints over the next 7 days.

Osteo Bi-Flex® helps nurture and support your joints, so you can keep doing what you love!* And I love being active! Osteo Bi-Flex® helps promote flexibility and that’s something I really want to promote.

I also love that Osteo Bi-Flex® EASE is a small tablet (80% smaller than current Osteo Bi-Flex 1 Per Day Tablet), so it’s easy to take. I have trouble swallowing large pills, so the smaller tablet is a huge plus for me.

The biggest reason I am ready to try Osteo Bi-Flex® is… Osteo Bi-Flex® is the #1 pharmacist recommended brand.†

As I said, over the next 7 days I will be taking Osteo Bi-Flex® EASE. I’ll share my experience here, so be sure to check back to see how it went and see if I’m still experiencing joint discomfort.

In the meantime, check out this yoga ad…
