30 Days About Me Day 5: Anything clever you can think to say…

30 Days About Me
It's day 5 of my 30 Days About Me challenge from A Daily Dose of Toni. And today's topic is, "My favorite quote."
I love quotes (and yes, I know the correct word is quotations… but generally everyone uses the term quotes, interchangeably). I often put a quote as my Facebook status. I tweet out quotes on Twitter. I've even done several blog posts here with my favorite quotes.

The thing that is so great about quotes, is that they can motivate and inspire. One quote can give a person that push to complete a task. Or the strength to get through something they've been struggling with… it really is amazing how influential a quote can be.

Oh, and the complete quote in my title above is, “Anything clever you can think to say, somebody’s already said it better!” I can't find who actually said it, but it has been attributed to Mark Twain. It definitely sounds like him. But if you know who did say it, please let me know.

Okay, down to business. But once again, I can't narrow it down to just one. So without further ado, here are a few of my favorite quotes:

Genius is one percent inspiration and ninety-nine percent perspiration. ~Thomas Edison
